Isola Rossa village, we offer a fantastic semidetached
apartament set on a private land of 15 hectares,
overlooking the beautiful cost of Asinara gulf.
The apartment has two bedrooms, (one double, one
with twin bed), open plan kitchen / living room (with
sofa bed) and a bathroom with shower.
It has a very spacios garden and parking, and a private
back yard with shower.
The house is perfect for families with children and for
all of those that love peace and tranquility.
Within 2 to 3 km you can reach four different beaches,
plus countless little bays, literally 2 minutes away with
the car.
The house obviously has all the necessary to cook,
plus fredge / freezer and oven.
You can bring your own linen and towels or hire it here
(on request).
Small pets are allowed with a small extra charge for
cleaning.
A deposit of € 100 will be demanded on arrival and
give back on departure (Unless damages are made).
The price include all the bills: water-gas-electricity and
final cleaning.
Arrival / Departure: Keys are given after 5pm and the
apartment must be left at 10.30am (Unless told
differently).
